Martha Wacker, RN - Owner Case Management Services

Martha has a BA in Anthropology from Grinnell College and a BSN from University of California in San Francisco. She has been an R.N. in Hawaii for more than 30 years, with experience in hospital, ICU, Burn Unit, and community-based nursing.

• Martha directed Quality Improvement at Straub Hospital and Clinic’s Home Health Dept., and moved from there to serve as the Performance Improvement Coordinator for the hospital.
• Since 1999, she has been the owner of Case Management Services, which provides case management to clients in Adult Residential Care Homes, as well as assessments, consultations, and referrals for long term care.
• Martha is a Member of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers and currently the Vice-President of the Hawaii Association of Case Managers.
